Do credits expire?: No. Credits never expire — they sit in your account until you use them.
Are AI inference costs included?: Only for Platform AI mode. In BYOK mode, you pay your AI provider directly under your own key — CodeTeach never charges for AI tokens or marks them up.
What if a generation fails?: We refund credits automatically when generation fails due to an error on our side or an AI provider error.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?: Yes — within 30 days of purchase, contact support@codeteach.ai and we’ll refund any unused credits.
Do you offer institutional pricing?: For 5+ instructors at the same institution, contact us for volume discounts and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
